About Us

Encouraged by a surprise set of twins, after 20 years of working in production for film, TV, and events, we left New York City searching for wide-open spaces where we could still engage in our creative work. Our travels took us on a half year journey through Morocco, Spain, and Portugal (toddlers in tow) only to bring us back to Minocqua, Wisconsin, where Jordan spent her summers as a child. 

Having sold a show to HBO before the move, Jordan continues to work in television as a producer and writer, currently developing projects for FX and Disney Plus. In addition to TV work, she is editing a documentary on the Min-Aqua Bats slated for completion this spring. Thrilled to finally put down roots in a place that has meant so much to her over the years, Jordan is excited to connect with local businesses and the community to help share the magic of the Northwoods with the rest of the world. 
   

Billy had never been to Wisconsin before he met Jordan, but he promptly fell in love with the Northwoods on their first visit in 2005. He has worked on thousands of live events for many of the world's top brands (Google, Facebook, Nike, and Jetblue and a US President) over the past 20 years as a camera operator, audio engineer, video specialist, and technical director. He brings his extensive knowledge and skillset to Camplight Media and looks forward to creating stunning content for local area brands. When not working, he loves making nerdy electronic music, playing in the snow with his kids, and getting them riled up before bedtime.
